• After 2 hours, the order processing will begin, and cancellation will not be accepted.

• Every artwork is made to order and the creation process starts after the order is placed.
• Due to this personalized process, returns and refunds are available only in special cases.

3. Damaged Product Complaint
• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will initiate a refund or exchange process after verification.
